An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and experienced person to work in our Star Health Home Care Package Program.

The Service Coordinator needs to work as a constructive, positive member of the Home Care Package team, providing high-quality responsive, and effective administrative support and service to clients, older people who have been allocated a Home Care Package (HCP), staff and home care package team. Also, contribute to the development and implementation of the Home Care Package Program at Star Health.

The role will include some of the following responsibilities:

• Database input
• Process accounts payable
• Manage incoming call to 1800 number
• Working with HCP team to manage client services
