About the opportunity
Be part of a pilot program, leading a team of case workers supporting victim survivors to improve their circumstances to re-establish their life free from violence.
EVP Team Leaders will lead a multidisciplinary team of practitioners delivering a strength-based, client-centred service for individuals who have escaped circumstances of family violence.
The Team Leaders will guide their teams which have particular focuses on development and implementation of a central Intake function, delivery of high quality Case Work and Specialist Skills (including financial counselling and program support functions.)
About you
- A relevant tertiary qualification in social work, community development or a related tertiary qualification relevant to child and family welfare.
- Relevant experience in a human services, welfare or social services role
- Experience working with victim survivors of family violence (preferred)
- Proven experience in leading and developing a diverse, engaged and cross-functional workforce focused on delivery of client outcomes.
- Demonstrated staff supervision and leadership skills and ability to work with challenging clients and complex issues.
- Program management and community development experience.
