The Organisation:
Our client’s mission is to take active leadership and an influential role in providing essential programs and services, supporting the most vulnerable in our community. It focuses on addressing a diverse range of issues such as mental health, family violence, and homelessness.
The Role:
The Team Leader reporting to the Services Manager will be responsible for ensuring effective management and delivery of life-changing initiatives. Providing a leadership presence, this position will be integral in leading and developing an engaged, reflective, and professional team culture.
Specifically, you will be required to:
- Lead service delivery of programs.
- Contribute to service development including co-design and workshop development.
- Support the development of the monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of client services.
- Provide effective leadership and support to a high performing team.
- Actively supporting the team with a hands-on approach.
The Candidate:
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Tertiary qualification in Humanitarian, Social Work, or other relevant discipline.
- Demonstrated program leadership experience.
- Experience as a social/case worker or related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in a crisis response environment.
- Experience working with Quality Standards.
The Offer:
A salary package of circa $108k plus superannuation is on offer, along with attractive PBI/NFP salary packaging.
