Mark Watt and Rowena Middlemiss

For the past 10 years Mark Watt has been the CEO and co-founder of Whitelion. Whitelion is a charity that works with young people mainly from the youth justice and out of home care systems www.whitelion.org.au. Mark’s qualifications include a Masters of Social Work and a Bachelor of Business and he is a current board member with the Victorian Youth Mentoring Alliance and St Kilda Gatehouse. Mark was awarded the Robin Clark Memorial Award in 2005 in recognition of excellence in the category of 'Making a Difference to Children, Young People and Families'.
Rowena Middlemiss is the Manager of Strategic Development at Whitelion. She has worked across the government, community service and not-for-profit sectors since 2001. Prior to entering youth services, she worked for the Victorian Minister for Agriculture and Aboriginal Affairs. During her time at Whitelion she has played an integral role in the strategic development of the organisation, project managing two mergers from end to end from due diligence to integration.
