About the role
Pindari Life Ltd is a registered charity (2017) that seeks to redress the erosion of families and support youth to overcome their circumstances, securing a positive future for themselves and their communities.
Community engagement is at the core of our organisation. Programs are designed for disadvantaged youth and families, youth at risk, unskilled and unemployed youth, school groups, and special interest groups. Partnerships with community organisations are integral to the success of the programs, and ensure relevance and connection to our communities. Resources are directed to the preservation of natural bush and recreational areas in sustainable development of our facilities to meet the needs of the community.
The programs and activities of the Charity include the operation of an adventure centre located in rural Ashford, NSW. Providing school and community groups with directed activities that build self esteem and resilience through perseverance and success. With respect for self, others and the environment as a key theme, we target current issues of depression, bullying, abuse of self and others. Outcomes ensure that participants are better prepared to manage their unique circumstances.
We require a Charities Specialist to advise our charity in current operational areas and in regard to preparing our systems for growth.
