Accounting and Book Keeping

HealthAid Matters is a national not for profit that is responsible for health educational programs for families in Australia. The two main programs The Parentmedic Movement and Harry Helper are established programs now being managed by HealthAid Matters. 

The Parentmedic Movement teaches 1000+ parents per month in Baby and Child First Aid and has close to 100 educators licensed to run the program. Harry Helper is a childrens comprehensive incursion teaching children confidence to help (others and themselves) and teaches 300+ children per month. Both these programs have the Every Parent Campaign (www.parentmedic.co/everyparent) and Every Child Campaign (www.harryhelper.com/everychild). 

In addition to these programs HealthAid Matters now is seeking opportunity to develop more programs for greater social impact. 

Our NFP has a full time CEO, and three employees. We seek an accountant to assist with preparation of reports and book keeper to manage everyday book keeping duties. In addition, when grants are available we require assistance tracking spend and reporting. We are a Public Company Ltd by Guarantee and NFP status. We do not have DGR status and therefore this is not required. 

We thank all those helping us pro-bono by becoming an official partner of our every child, and every parent campaigns. We consider any person helping us, a large contribution to the work we do and therefore always recognise them appropriately. 

We are an online national organisation and therefore any organisation in Australia is encouraged to apply.
