We have immediate opportunities available for regular volunteers to assist with office admin support ie:
incoming mail – sort and distribute
answer incoming call – mostly low volume
update Member records on computer – address, date of birth etc
ad hoc admin tasks
Training and assistance will be given as needed, we believe that Volunteering is a two way opportunity – our volunteers feel valued and supported, often gaining skills and confidence from their time supporting our members and our small office team.
