About the role
Seeking a part/full time Administrative Assistant to support a small, friendly and passionate team in our Surry Hills office supporting the CEO in her role. Our core initiative is SISTER2sister, a mentoring and resilience building program for marginalised teenage girls.We love what we do.
This role is varied depending on the time of the year so you won’t get bored. We are looking for a person/people to assist us with our day to day tasks such as organisation of fundraising events, researching information for grants, compiling the yearbook comments for our beneficiaries, reconciliation of receipts, assisting us with our social impact measurement study, helping us with organising SISTER2sister events etc.
Ideally we are looking for administration support for 1-5 days a week. If you can only do one or two days a week that is fine too and we are flexible with days and hours if you need to work around school pick ups and school holidays (and of course your own life). The duration of the role would be for as long as you want/are able to continue with us. We may be able to provide a parking spot depending on which day of the week it is. Otherwise we are a two minute walk away from Central Station.
