VACANCY — BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Nillumbik Community Health Services Pty Ltd (NCHS), operating as Carrington Health and healthAbility, is seeking to appoint a new Director with the background of a senior role in Finance / Accounting in a large organisation.
With around 300 people and an annual operating income over $25m, we offer wide ranging, locally delivered community healthcare services in the North Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, with major hubs in Box Hill and Eltham.
Following a recent retirement, we are seeking to appoint an outstanding individual with formal qualifications and extensive experience in one or more of Corporate Finance; Accounting; Audit; Financial Risk Management. Membership of a professional accounting body (e.g. CA, CPA or IPA) is essential.
It is envisaged that the new Director would be selected to act as Chair of the Finance Committee of the Board.
Board meetings and Finance Committee meetings are held alternately at Box Hill and Eltham, generally on the fourth and third Wednesday of the month, respectively.
All directors contribute their time and expertise without remuneration.
