Outdoors WA Incorporated invites expressions of interest from experienced and enthusiastic professionals to join our Board of Management as appointed directors.
About Us
Outdoors WA is the peak body for the outdoor sector in Western Australia. Our vision is for Western Australia to have a thriving and active outdoors industry that connects people to nature and provides challenging life-changing benefits to ensure a happier, healthier, and stronger community.
Who we are looking for
With the recent development of our strategic plan, Outdoors WA is working on delivering new initiatives. We are looking for vibrant, enthusiastic, and passionate directors with skills in Human Resource Management, Marketing, Financial Management, or Technology.
Board Governance
The board can meet up to ten times per year in Perth, Western Australia. Video conferencing is available for Board members located outside the metropolitan region who are unable to attend in person. Travel allowance is not available.
The appointed director is an unpaid (volunteer) non-executive position.
A full-time Executive Officer supports the Board.
