About us

CLAN (Community Link & Network) Midland is a not-for-profit, community-based support service for parents and families with children under the age of 18 years. Our focus is on enhancing parents’ skills and confidence, reducing risk factors and building on existing strengths to increase protective factors and improve family functioning.

Working in partnership with community members, other organisations, local governments and schools, CLAN Midland provides wraparound support and a wide range of programs for local families. Our service delivery includes a suite of parenting programs, workshops, outreach, community events and activities, and one on one consultations.

CLAN Midland has a long history of supporting families in Midland and surrounding areas over the past 25 years.

We want to see:

Children thriving in safe, nurturing families and communities.

We do this by:

Connecting parents and schools with their local community.

Empowering parents with skills and knowledge to raise healthy and resilient children.

About you

The CLAN Midland board guides strategic direction and helps to oversee the organisation’s financial, legal and risk management. Our board members have a wide range of experience and currently we are looking for new members with skills in Human Resources, Marketing or Law. We are also seeking to fill our Treasurer position, which requires someone with significant experience in Finance and/ or Accounting.
