About the role
North Melbourne Language and Learning (NMLL) is seeking a volunteer general committee member to join its committee of management.
NMLL aims to give adult residents of North Melbourne the language and learning needed to build a better life for themselves and their families. Our vision is that NMLL will be North Melbourne’s leading centre for the CALD Community, recognised for enriching and empowering the lives of the people it serves.
Our ideal candidate is someone with strong governance experience, specifically legal, and an understanding of the further education system. Experience in community organisation management with an ability to communicate with a range of people in a variety of situations is desirable.
