Community Coach [mentoring] – Max Potential Epping-Ryde start May

Empower a young adult to lead their own lives well through coaching them. Max Potential is a carefully designed program aimed at helping young people [aged 16-23] develop their self-awareness, increase their self-motivation and self-discipline, as well as live by universal principles that will help them manage their fears, stress, strengths and soft spots.

Each young adult sets goals for all areas of their lives, which a coach then helps them move towards by having coaching conversations and keeping the young adult accountable. As part of their growth experience, the young adults create and implement their own community service projects during the program.

Participants meet as a group 4 times through the 6 months for interactive, engaging, fun and impacting workshops. Between workshops, a Coach meets with their Young Adult individually 8 times over the 6 month period. 

There is a high demand for this program from schools and young adults across the region. We are now looking for community members to meet that demand through participating as Coaches.
