About the role

MAX POTENTIAL: Become an effective coach AND change a young person’s life!

Coaching is widely considered to be one of the key ingredients in building effective and innovative leaders, managers and organisations. Effective coaching is an art form and – if done well – coaching can unlock something inside, bringing true self-awareness and growing emotional intelligence.

Max Potential uses coaching and an innovative program design to connect emerging young leaders (aged 16 – 22 years old) with local community leaders. Over 13 years, Max Potential has developed an enviable reputation as a world-class coaching program with significant support from the Clubs industry, business, media and all levels of government – including speeches of support in Parliament.

You have the opportunity to join our innovative Max Potential program as a volunteer coach and make a huge difference in the life of a young person!

Apply online now at: www.maxpotential.com.au

You receive two days of professional coach training and then are matched with a young adult (aged 16 – 22 years old) from a local school who you coach. Over the 22 weeks you also receive four one-on-one coaching sessions with one of our professional coaches.

Be part of an amazing, transformative experience as the young adults develop their personal leadership through challenges and triumphs – and learn a lot about yourself along the way!
