Location : Western Australia (Inglewood)

Time required : 1st Volunteer from 3.30pm to 6.30pm and 2nd Volunteer shift 6.30pm to 9.30pm.

Duration of project : More than 6 months commitment

About the role

Paediatric Nursing Services and 360 Community are a not-for-profit and charitable organisation providing social inclusion and community participation programs for Children, Teens & Young Adults with learning differences. As a Registered NDIS Provider we deliver support to participants of the NDIS

About the Role:

As a support worker, you will be required to work closely with health professionals eg. Occupational Therapist, Psychologist and Speech & Language Pathologist to assist in the delivery of our innovative therapeutic healthcare services.

Tasks throughout the evening will require you to converse with our participants, pay close attention to their behaviour and communication skills as you will be required to provide a brief observation report. You will assist staff with various activities and programs, engage and encourage the participants to fully participate

About You:

You are required to be a responsible, friendly, flexible, fit and healthy and willing to swim, actively participate in sporting and outdoor activities with our participants
