About the role
The position
Partners in Aid is seeking expressions of interest from someone willing to provide the Board with guidance in legal matters, either as a full Board member, or as a voluntary advisor willing to assist from time to time, either face-to-face or through videoconference, when help may be needed to ensure that Board policies and procedures continue to be legally sound in the changing administrative environment. The most immediate need is for assistance in developing a new constitution based on the ACNC model constitution to replace the now out-of-date Memorandum of Association.

Partners in Aid is a Not for Profit international development organisation funding aid projects in India, Bangladesh and Philippines. The funding basis comes primarily from donors and the organisation of occasional fund raising functions.
