About the Role

CCI Group Purchasing is membership based organisation with over 200 Not-For-Profit members in SA and Victoria and expanding into New South Wales. Members include aged-care, child-care, education, healthcare, disability and community-based agencies.

The principal objective of CCI Group Purchasing is to use the group purchasing power of our members to broker highly-competitive, preferred-supplier contracts to enable them to advance their charitable objectives. CCI adds value to its members by reducing the workload related to managing the procurement cycle at the same time as decreasing risk with our governance framework and improving compliance to member budgets within categories we supply.

The CCI Board is voluntary and there are currently 6 directors who meet customarily every other month, Fridays 9-11am at North Adelaide.

CCI is seeking to 2 people with proven experience to join the Board.  Skills in communications and marketing, information systems, procurement or human resources, ideally in the healthcare, disability, aged care or community services sectors will be well regarded.
