We are seeking applications for a new board member non-executive director who will take on the duties of Company Secretary. The current Company Secretary will mentor you if you are not experienced. The operations of the organisation and the tempo of the board mean that this is an ideal role for applicants seeking to learn the ropes of directorships and company secretariat.
Preferably you are located in Canberra or Brisbane, however, applicants in other locations should not be dissuaded from contacting us.
