About the role
This is a short term gig to help us deliver two upcoming events.
We want to create a form in eTapestry to go on our website so people can register. The first event will be a hybrid event – physical and virtual. We’ll send interested parties to the website for registration. We then want to start a communication with the interested parties about the upcoming event and do this through eTapestry as well. And then of course we need to be able to report about the event afterwards.
The second event is less complicated but we do have limited capacity so we’re not sure how eTapestry events handles this.
We would like an eTapestry superstar to help us out. It may only be for a day or three as we’re all pretty good with tech once we know our way around the actual platform.
We’re located in Warriewood but I’m sure most of this could be done via ZOOM if necessary with screen-sharing.
About the organisation
We are a charity dedicated to early intervention. We deliver Play Therapy to children aged 3-12 years who have suffered from trauma. Our Play Therapists are all post-graduate qualified and support our clients/families through a 12-week one-to-one Play Therapy program.
