About the role

EWB’s Skills Development Program aims to strengthen the capacity of the local engineering and technical sectors, enhancing the effectiveness of its workforce to provide appropriate infrastructure and essential services to all community members.

Since 2015, EWB has been working with local partners and training providers to design and implement industry relevant training and experiential learning initiatives to improve professional skills, capacity and practical competencies of students, graduates and professionals from technical disciplines, including engineering and construction.

This mentoring position will work closely with the EWB Timor-Leste program team to grow and stregthen the program, enabling them to establish a self-driven movement of people-centred engineers and technical professionals to sustain program initiatives into the future.
