About the role
We are passionate and committed to helping children living in poverty in Australia access quality children’s books. When you are struggling to put food on the table, children’s books are a luxury, however having books and someone to read them aloud are vital if children are to develop the necessary brain architecture to create their own success in school and life. With literacy, the ability to read and understand words, children living in poverty are destined to live a lesser life.
By volunteering with 123Read2Me you can help set local children up for success and a future without poverty.
We are good at what we do. We are seeking help from someone who is good at what they do – create successful grant applications and long term relationships with philanthropic and corporate sector sponsors.
