About the role
This is an important function that manages the brand message, tone, design as well as all formal communication channels for both external and internal clients. As the Head of Communications & Design, you report to the CEO and are part of the Senior Leadership team (SLT).
Your main duties include:
Overseeing the activities of all the Communications & Design functions to ensure each activity and team member is collaborating in a timely, consistent and resource-efficient manner to achieve the goals of the organisation.
Proactively seeking to improve all communications channels, communication processes and procedures, supported by appropriate analytics and documentation
Conducting weekly team meetings to set priorities, allocate resources, review current activities and outcomes and lead Ideation sessions
We are looking for an organised, exceptional communicator with a minimum of three years Communications experience.

Alex Makes Meals (AMM) is a not-for-profit company which started during COVID -19 to provide meals for health-care workers, and now makes meals for people and support groups in the community who are in need.
