About the role
You will write articles about areas of history that interest you. These articles will aim to improve historical literacy by telling stories that allow people to engage with and better understand history.
You can write articles about any area or time period of history. History Guild aims to have a wide range of historical topics represented.

Ideally you will write one article per month. You can write the article directly into our wordpress powered website (training can be provided) or a word document.

History Guild is a not for profit organisation of history enthusiasts.
Our mission is historical literacy for all. To be able to make decisions about the future it is imperative that we understand the past. We advocate for better historical understanding.
We achieve this by writing and publishing interesting and engaging articles that allow the public to better understand history and it's relevance to them.
History Guild is a registered charity, and is funded by the generosity of it’s members and supporters.
