Human Resources Professional

We are a medium-sized charity about to experience considerable growth with several new roles. We are looking for an experienced and capable human resources professional to work with us on a short-term (3-6 months), part-time basis in order to conduct a review of our existing policies and procedures, in order to assist us update these policies and procedures in order to manage effectively this period of organisational growth. We are also seeking an HR professional who can carry out a series of confidential interviews with existing staff in order to take the pulse of the organisation, and write a report with recommendations for the Board.
