About the role

Support the development and growth of our organisation by maintaining and ensuring the work environment is ideal for all members. Be part of the recruiting process and play an active role in ensuring we’ve got the right people on board to achieve the organisation’s mission and vision.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and handle the recruitment and selection process

  • Provide administrative support to the organisation

  • Assist in the organisation induction and training programs to new members

  • Gather and facilitate the new member information

  • Administer and maintain member performance reviews 

  • Understand HR policies, procedures and guidelines to create a safe working environment

  • Handle and resolve any conflicts within the work environment

  • Maintain confidential, personnel filing systems

  • Liaise with Treasurer

Skills & Experience

  • Qualification or experience in Human Resources or any closely related field

  • Skills in conflict-resolution

  • High relationship building skills

  • Have knowledge of legal policies and procedures

  • Resourceful 

  • Experience in using project management tools are desired, otherwise training will be required

IMPORTANT BEFORE APPLYING:

  • This is a voluntary position

  • Each position has a minimum commitment level of 2-3 hours a week

  • We will use a project management tool to track KPI and keep all members up to date

  • Remote positions are available

  • On-site committee are required proof of double vaccinations

  • Attendance to monthly meetings are required (either on-site or online)

We aim to unite, inspire and empower young women by providing services such as workshops and events that focuses on mental health and well-being. We've got so many ideas, programs and events to organise but not enough pair of hands. We're making a few changes and looking to expand our team. We're searching for talented and dedicated women who want to help us make a change and assist women in unleashing their full potential.
