About the role

We are seeking nominations for a voluntary Independent Board Director.

We are particularly encouraging people with legal skills to apply. Other desirable skills include tech/IT,  digital innovation & risk, and fundraising.

Participation is on a voluntary basis, however the CBF meets all travel and accommodation costs where required. All volunteers require online access, and some support may be available to assist with this in some instances.

How long is the term?

This appointment is until 31 December 2020. The appointed Director can then re-nominate for a three-year term.

People can be appointed to the Board and Committees for up to three consecutive terms.
