Legal Advice – New Charity

We are looking for somebody that could provide some pro-bono advice about the set up of a charitable foundation to a) provide psychological, psychosocial and emotional support for former child soldiers in Uganda, b) record the names and stories of children abducted – whether they were killed, injured, returned as part of an enduring testimony opposing child abduction and war.

We understand that pro-bono legal support in the long term might not be a possibility, but would appreciate a sit down and talk through the legal aspects of setting up a charity in Australia that will use fundraising to support children in Uganda. We have done quite a bit of research but it is a complex area and we would appreciate some initial assistance.
