A demonstrated lived experience of disability will be highly regarded.
Mambourin is a growing organisation with over 200 staff that work across a range of hubs in Melbourne’s west and north. Our teams provide individualised support to more than 500 people living with a disability.
We have a wide range of service choices that cover life skills development, social and community participation, employment pathways and general disability support – all of which help people to kick goals and live the best life possible.

About the role
Mambourin has an exciting opportunity for two directors to join our board.
If you are an enthusiastic professional looking to become involved in your community while opening opportunities for people with disabilities to live great lives, this role is for you!
Mambourin is looking for a director with excellent financial credentials including CPA or equivalent qualification and significant experience in a senior role in finance. We are also looking for a director with a strong background in marketing and communications. More generally, the successful applicants will have a combination of:
- strong governance skills,
- business/commercial acumen, and/or
- business development skills.
