About the role
Gifts for Manus and Nauru supports our asylum seeker and refugee friends at Manus and Nauru through the provision of mobile phone credit and smart phones, providing material aid and sending parcels, with access to necessary medical and dental support when Australia fails to care for their medical needs, and through provision of professional trauma counselling through our Therapy4Refugees program.
Gifts for Manus and Nauru is in need of Material aid project coordinator and volunteers.
Various jobs needing doing, and we are needing a small team so that someone in the team is available as needed.We particularly need people who are available during business hours (PNG and Nauru business hours) to make calls to suppliers/retailers in PNG and Nauru, make calls to PNG customs etc.
Phone calls can be reimbursed.
