About the role
CASSI is a disability support service that has been operating on the Gold Coast since 1989 and also in NTH NSW since 2002.
As a not for profit Incorporated Association CASSI’s governance roles are undertaken by a voluntary Committee of Management. The Committee is elected each year at our Annual General Meeting.
Our service provides supports and assistance to people with a disability who have high and complex care needs to live well in the community. Our’s is a values driven organisation; our values are well described in our Mission Statement, “CASSI provides quality support to enrich the lives of people with a disability”.
The services we provide include personal care, assistance to explore and enjoy the community, support to access medical care and to maintain good health, assistance to live well in your own home and to share your life with friends and family.
Our operations are managed through our CEO and his team; and their focus is always on the quality of our services and support and how these reflect the needs of each individual person we support.
Our Committee is comprised of skilled, dedicated and long standing members who are keen to share the challenges and sense of connection to the community that comes from involvement in such a valuable resource like CASSI.
