About the Role

IPEd is looking for an enthusiastic volunteer to assist with a research project to review our current member benefits and use of services.

We are seeking someone to help us to research:

  • benefits/discounts offered by other (similar and diverse) associations
  • member pain points
  • members’ use of IPEd benefits
  • IPEd’s potential to collaborate with key service providers and corporates to provide additional benefits to our members.

Part two of the project (which could be a separate project entirely) will involve developing a proposal for a new member benefits program that enhances IPEd’s current benefits, as well as identifying new potential benefits for consideration.

The hours are flexible and it can all be done from home. You would be working closely with IPEd staff over the next four weeks, for up to one day per week. We anticipate the research task will be completed within three weeks and the membership benefit proposal will take up to one week.
