An exciting opportunity to help provide continuity of care and a safety net of support for consumers of Mental Health services with complex needs.
Particularly looking for;
- Enrolled, Registered & Clinical Nurses
- Medical Practitioners
- Occupational Therapists
- Psychologists
Who are also experienced in community mental health.
Contributions to developing a program for long-term support and advocacy for consumers of services is the primary aim of participation. Interested participants may be approached with the opportunity to review guidelines and cases.
Online participation will be welcome. Located in Perth.
