Pro Bono Assistance requires from Change Management/Organizational Design Expert – Time Commitment: Up to 2.5 days a week for three weeks (with equivalent of approx. 1 day per week on site).
Monash Caulfield Child Care Centre (MCCC) is a not for profit, community based early childhood education centre with 50 children and 22 staff. It is affiliated to Monash University, and was rated the highest possible ‘Exceeding’ rating across all criteria in the National Quality Framework.
The Centre is looking for short-term organizational design expertise to advise on management structures and practices.
Ideally, the centre would be looking for pro bono support to assist with the 3 key priority areas (Suggested Deliverables are shown but would be subject to discussion with interested applicants):
1) Assisting with alignment of leadership roles and responsibilities
o Possible Deliverable: Management structure and roles and responsibilities documented and clarity of reporting lines (and communicated appropriately)
2) Contribute to the design of improved and enduring management practices
o Possible Deliverable: Manager / Leader ‘toolkit’ including tools to discuss operational performance and day to day management
3) Develop a communications plan to support the work and other communication initiatives / opportunities
o Possible Deliverables: Develop the communications plan to support the work and Identify and support implementation of quick wins which could be adopted by the Centre
Time Commitment: Up to 2.5 days a week for three weeks with equivalent of approx. 1 day per week on site.
