About the role
The Treasurer will be responsible for overseeing management of the financial affairs of the organization. This will include monitoring cash flow and solvency, preparing or facilitating preparation of budgets, financial reporting and guidance to the Management Committee, overseeing financial records and reporting, and working with other financial stakeholders.

Additional responsibilities include participation in working groups, subcommittees and liaison with financial organisations. Other opportunities could include liaison with government funding partners, serving on (and possibly chairing) the Building Subcommittee of the AOC, and/or board membership of a NFP company.
