About the role
We are looking for a volunteer who can assist the Processing, Fundraising and Communcation teams with a variety of tasks. These tasks may include (but are not limited to):
• Opening returned mail
• Enveloping receipt letters
• Data processing
• Preparing documents for mail outs – e.g. folding posters, labelling envelopes
• Preparing contact lists
• Packing promotional kits for Footy Colours Day (or other campaigns)
• Cataloguing and wrapping auction items for Red Ball Melbourne
• Drafting communication materials
Ideally we will engage with someone who is able to commit to long-term volunteering (minimum 6 months) and is interested in increasing their level of responsibility as they become familiar with our work.
