About the Role

Summary of program and its objectives
Saver Plus is a free matched savings and financial education program that matches participants’ savings for education costs for themselves or their children, up to $500. The program was developed in 2003 by the Brotherhood of St Laurence and ANZ, and is now delivered across Australia with the help of Berry Street, The Benevolent Society, The Smith Family, and other community organisations. Main responsibilities of the role

1. Update resources with the new branding
Update reports, manuals and other resources that are in Microsoft Word format using a branded Word template and in accordance with the new brand style guide. Update resources that are in Excel format using a branded Excel template and in accordance with the new brand style guide. Update resources that are in PowerPoint format using a branded PowerPoint template and in accordance with the new brand style guide.

2. General admin assistance;
Placing orders for promotional materials with the print company; filling orders for promotional materials (e.g. Sending Saver Plus Coordinators branded pens when requested); data entry into the Saver Plus Participant Case Study database.

3. Multi-Skilling
The volunteer may be directed to carry out such duties as are within the limits of his/her skill, competence and training.

To meet the selection criteria, candidate will require:
* advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and experience preparing detailed reports and manuals to a presentation standard using Styles and Table of Contents
* administration experience
* experience using InDesign desired but not essential
* understanding of and empathy with the values and ideals of the Brotherhood
* willingness to undergo a satisfactory Police Check and Working with Children Check.
