About the role

The Graduate Union of The University of Melbourne Inc., based in Melbourne, Victoria, is seeking two secretariat volunteers to assist with the preparation of agendas, minutes and meeting papers. One volunteer is to support the board (4x per annum[pa]) and one subcommittee (Governance and Nominations; 3xpa). The other is to support two subcommittees (Membership and Marketing; Fundraising and Benefactions; each 3xpa). Meetings are hybrid (on site at Graduate House in Carlton – meals included – and remotely).
