LOCATION: 274 Brunswick Street, Fitzroy
HOURS: 5 hours a week, any day. Please note this is a 3months project so we need volunteers for 3months.

About the stores:
While the Brotherhood’s Community Stores are a place where families and bargain hunters can purchase low-cost goods, they are also a social enterprise that raises much-needed funds for our charity’s work. However that’s not all they offer – the stores pride themselves on being a place for community connection by providing friendly conversation, as well as offering locals job pathways and opportunities. Main responsibilities of the role:
An exciting opportunity has emerged for the volunteer to coordinate digital marketing for the Fitzroy store by creating social media content, creating and editing digital graphics and assist the retail team in achieving client objectives through creative development.
To be a successful candidate for this position you will have:
- Some experience in digital marketing and social media engagement
- An interest and/or knowledge of the vintage fashion market
- An interest and/ or knowledge in second hand goods
- Enthusiasm, reliability and commitment to the objectives of the Retail Group and the Brotherhood of St Laurence
- Understanding of and empathy with the values and ideals of the Brotherhood.
