You have shown interest in joining Better Hearing Australia (VIC) in the newly established Social Media Coordinator internship position. We are undergoing a period of transformation and innovation, following on from the development of an ambitious strategic plan.
As a member-based charity, we have provided opportunities for people living with hearing conditions to be socially connected and enjoy life for over 85 years. With our new Connect | Create | Catalyse Strategy, our ambition is to transform lives, the system and ourselves. We will do this by engaging with people, not just ears; by creating the future of hearing experiences; by serving our community and particularly those most vulnerable, and, by catalysing change across the system.

This position represents an exciting opportunity for the right person with the right mindset and ambition to grow their impact, themselves and their career. The role needs someone with social media experience; who is familiar with sourcing and writing engaging content, scheduling, and compiling high-level monthly reports to identify key insights and trends, supporting us to bounce ideas around and try new things! We’re so excited to build and maintain our tribe of online (and offline) supporters.
