About the Role
Partners in Aid is a Not for Profit international development organization funding projects in India, Bangladesh and Philippines that are designed to enhance the capacity of residents of poor, rural communities to improve their quality of life. The focus is on promotion of health and good sanitation, education and expanding income-generating activities.
The funding basis comes primarily from donors and the organization of occasional fund-raising functions.
Annual Budget: approximately $166,500.00. Every effort is made to keep expenditure on administrative costs to below 10% – in 2017, 8.08% was spent on administrative costs; the remainder was sent overseas to support the ongoing projects.

The Partners in Aid Board is currently seeking to ensure that the organization is fully compliant with all current requirements that might affect its present Deductible Gift Recipient status. Accordingly it is seeking expressions of interest from an appropriate taxation specialist willing to review, on a voluntary basis, Partners in Aid’s fund-raising policies and practices to ensure continued compliance with our DGR status given recent legislative changes.
