Time required : Time required: Approximately 2 hours per fortnight plus committee meetings every 6 weeks.

Duration of project : On-going. There is a break at the end of the year from December till February.

About the role

About the role:

We are looking for a volunteer Treasurer to join our wonderful and dynamic Management Committee.
You will be responsible for review of payments and accounts, maintaining the budget and preparing Treasurer’s report for committee meetings. There will also be other ad hoc tasks that require your expertise throughout the year.

The Coordinator enters all the data, Prepares Bank Reconciliations, Applies for and acquits specific purpose grants, and prepares reports.
Reckon (Quickbooks) experience is preferred but not essential.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to be involved in the community and build their resume helping as a volunteer.
