About the role

The team at RNLD are seeking a fantastic group of volunteers for 2017.
Volunteers will be working on an upcoming fundraising project as well as working with us to carry out or advocacy and education projects.

– Gain experience working in a not-for-profit sector
– Work with a team to develop and implement RNLD’s biggest fundraising campaign from the ground up
– Contribute to resource and information sharing with our local and international membership
– Gain skills in formatting and design programs
– Engage with grass-roots training in linguistics and language revitalisation with Indigenous communities

We are looking for people with a passion for Indigenous and Aboriginal rights, social welfare and community. This year, we are putting together a volunteer team that can contribute diverse knowledge and experience to our organisation (knowledge in linguistics and education is not a requirement). In kicking off our biggest fundraising campaign this year, preferable skills include experience in fundraising, social media, design, administration or resource creation. However, we are open to people with all skills and backgrounds so don’t hesitate to get in touch!
