The organisation would like the support of a Volunteer Accountant to provide training to financial staff and strategy support to management staff. Their income is very project based and they have found it hard to keep operational and project budgets so they would like to transition to a simpler system which still offers transparency.

You will be reviewing their progress since the last AfID volunteer placement and providing further training for the Finance Officer and Programs team.
