About the role
Our partner works to relocate slum dwellers and improve their quality of life through the building of affordable homes.
Their mission is to build homes, sustainable businesses and community infrastructure whilst delivering the training to enable beneficiaries to make the most of their opportunities.
On this assignment you will help to create a centralised accounting system for the project. As the organisation begin to introduce income-generating activities, they are hoping to have a system that helps undertake cost/ profitability on the income-generating activities.
Your role will also involve exploring what the audit and reporting requirements are for Sierra Leonean organisations and ensuring they are operating and reporting as per local requirements.
