About the role
Sydney Sexual Health Centre hosts a volunteer-run workplace art gallery in the waiting room of our busy inner-city sexual health centre. Based in a historic building, the SSHC artspace brings art into the public sphere and puts it in front of an audience who may never visit a traditional white-cube gallery.
Located on Macquarie Street near busy Martin Place, the SSHC artspace offers a monthly rotation with high exposure and promotion on a dedicated Instagram profile for the artspace.
We are seeking a curator to coordinate the art gallery, recruit and liaise with artists and assist with promotion.
This role would be particularly suited to an art student or graduate but we are open to all applicants.
