Good Money is a joint initiative of Good Shepherd Microfinance, NAB and State Governments providing community finance products and services within a retail shop front model. There are 3 outlets located in Collingwood, Dandenong and Geelong. What will be your key focus?
As our Volunteer Store Concierge, you will be the important first point of contact for our customers and will assist with front of house duties and the smooth day-to-day operations of the store. You will be interacting with a diverse range of people and introducing them to our range of community finance options.

What about you?
You’re a people person! You might have some experience in retail, hospitality, banking, education or other customer service environments and you’ve got great communication, administration and computing skills. Most importantly, you’re interested in supporting our great work in the local community!
