Volunteer Events Committee

How would you like to help a Social Justice For-Purpose Community Services organisation to make a real difference in your community, by helping to plan and implement a program of small to medium events in the local community.

The purpose of these events is to raise awareness of issues around Social Justice or injustices in our communities. Events are also held to raise some much needed funding to help provide services, or support our special projects which respond directly to the needs of our communities and can help raise funds for a range of issues including children’s programs, homelessness, and domestic violence to name a few.

Our events committee will meet with some regularity to plan and work on the events together, and will be a group of like minded and passionate volunteers with one thing in common, the drive to work on growing an established not-for-profit events calendar.

If you are interested in joining us then we would love to hear about your experience in the events or not for profit industry, and how you can help us to achieve these things.
