About the role
Passionate about photography and the rights of women and girls? Project Didi Australia is looking for a photographer to help us take stock photos of a beautiful range of jewellery for our online store, made by a women-led social enterprise in Nepal.
The Samunnat Nepal jewellery range is made out of polymer clay by women in the east of Nepal. Each piece of jewellery invests in the livelihood, wellbeing and empowerment of women, who’ve experienced violence.
We’re looking for a photographer to take product shots of the jewellery and provide following up editing for our online store: projectdidiaustralia.org/shop
- When: 1 full day, ideally in July or August
- Where: Canberra
- Requirements: Photography experience, preferably with taking product photos. We’re looking for someone self directed, with a creative eye. Must be able to provide own equipment.
About the organisation
Project Didi Australia strives for futures of hope, dignity and independence for survivors of trafficking and abuse. We partner with locally-led organisations in Nepal to support women and girls to reclaim their lives after violence. We raise awareness and advocate for action to end gender-based violence & modern slavery with our community in Australia.
