Volunteer Photographer – MS Moonlight Walk

Have you ever thought of volunteering for the MS Moonlight Walk? The MS Moonlight Walk is a very important date on Brisbane’s event calendar and simply would not be possible without the help of our dedicated team of volunteers.

MS Queensland is looking for a number of semi-professional or professional photographers to support our upcoming fundraising event – The MS Moonlight Walk taking place on Friday, 20 October 2017.

We need you on the night to help capture all the actions of this popular walk! Be our photographers on the night and help take photos of the events including participants, volunteers, staff and any other exciting moments that are pertained in the brief we provide to you on the day. You will need to have your own camera; has had previous photography experience/skills and willingness to provide photos to our Marketing and Communications team after the event. Time and Date: 4pm on Friday, 20 October 2017

Location: Southbank forecourt

Duration: 5 hours

Requirements: The role will require a fair bit of walking around to take photos so you will need to have good physical fitness. You will need to have good people skills as you will be taking photos of people from a wide background. Additionally, your ability to follow instructions will ensure success on the role.

In addition to offering your skills to a cause that supports people living with MS. In return, it is an opportunity for you to gain photography experience in a large event environment and add to your portfolio. You are also able to add your watermark to the images hence, further exposure of your work to our participants.
