About the role
INCH Housing Inc. is a not-for-profit community housing organisation. INCH Housing Inc is seeking volunteers to become a member of INCH’s Tenancy Reference Group (TRG).
INCH is hosting a Volunteer Information Evening on Tuesday 27th February, 2018 in Mitchelton from 6pm. If interested, please email for further details.
Your volunteer role on the TRG will be to work on in at least one working group. Your working group will be allocated select tasks, these will be completed with INCH staff, tenants and with other members.
There are various levels of support available within the TRG. You will have access and support from a TRG task team leader and involvement with the TRG Chairperson, Secretary, CEO and other members
The TRG has 4 working groups to achieve our 2018 goals.
Working Group (1) – Tenant Fundraising
To assist some of INCH tenants to undertake fundraising events.
Working Group (2) – Community Gardens
To assist some tenants to establish community veg and herb gardens.
Working Group (3) – Implement Tenant Reward Program and source donations of computers.
Working Group (4) Tenant Feedback
To engage with INCH tenants and recent ex-tenants to obtain feedback across a number of areas
